NOTES ON COLLABORATORS

DANIEL EMMANUEL
Daniel's a new friend who was kind enough to let me use his extraordinary electronic music. You'll hear more about him as his work continues to reach a wider audience through reissues. Check out his website and buy his albums!

DOUGLAS MCGOWAN
Douglas is a gifted writer-director and a most-prized "creative consultant." He's my music guru/supervisor and one of my best pals. His website is here: nothingexceptional.com.

CHRIS MOORE
Chris is one of my oldest friends, and the owner of Blue Cactus Pictures. He was the producer of my first feature, "Newtown," and kindly puts me to work on many of his productions. Blue Cactus is currently expanding operations from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City.

JAWAL NGA
I met Jawal at the American Film Institute, and we quickly became friends. He produced my recent documentary "Stormhaven," and hired me to shoot behind-the-scenes footage for his award-winning feature 40 Shades of Blue, directed by Ira Sachs. Their second, A Married Life, starring Pierce Brosnan and Rachel McAdams, will be released soon.

ALEX DALESSIO
Alex is my legal advisor and friend. Before graduating UC Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall), Alex worked in Hollywood for the United Talent Agency and a show called "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

BOB LEVITAN
Bob’s a wonderful actor and filmmaker, as I spent years working with him on NEWTOWN. Today, he’s busy developing content for various websites, most notably bobandbyrne.com.

CEDAR ST. PRODUCTIONS
SHAUN SPRINGER, a fellow Pacific Northwest native, has helped in innumerable ways on almost all my movies. As he currently helps me finish "Stormhaven," he also develops projects with L.A. based-friends, serving as writer/producer/director.

DANIEL STROTHMAN served as cinematographer on "Stormhaven." He's accomplished and talented, and one of the nicest guys in the world. He currently shoots music videos & news in Seattle, WA.

JOEY McFARLAND resides in Telluride, CO, having recently left his duties as "Stormhaven" co-collaborator & co-producer. He’s currently helping me develop a feature-length script, based on a famous carnival we both grew up loving.
